Vitamin Injections
Do I need a consultation before a vitamin jab?
Yes. First-time clients will have a 15-minute consultation to check suitability and recommend the best vitamin injection for your needs.
Are vitamin injections safe?
Yes. All injections are provided following medical guidelines and only when clinically appropriate.
How quickly do vitamin injections work?
Most clients notice improvements within days, though results vary depending on individual health and lifestyle.
Health Advice vs Longevity Medicine
What is the difference between Health Advice and Longevity Medicine consultations?
Health Advice – Focuses on immediate wellbeing such as energy, sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, and support for minor infections, with practical steps you can take right away.
Longevity Medicine – Focuses on long-term health optimisation, including hormone balance, metabolism, and preventative strategies to reduce age-related decline.
Which consultation should I book?
If you’re dealing with a specific issue (e.g. fatigue, poor sleep, minor infections), book a Health Advice Consultation. If you want a long-term strategy to optimise health and performance, book a Longevity Medicine Consultation.
Private Prescriptions
Can you provide private prescriptions?
Yes. If clinically appropriate, prescriptions can be issued following your consultation.
Are private prescriptions included in the consultation price?
Yes. The cost of issuing a prescription is included in your consultation fee. You will only pay the pharmacy directly for the medication itself.
How do I get my prescription filled?
You’ll receive a private prescription to take to a pharmacy, or we can arrange this directly with a partner pharmacy.
Appointments & Payments
How long do appointments last?
Initial vitamin jab consultation: 15 minutes
Vitamin jab follow-up: 10 minutes
Health advice or longevity consultation: 30 minutes
How much do consultations cost?
Health Advice Consultation: £70
Longevity Medicine Consultation: £70
Vitamin jab consultations are included in the cost of treatment
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the time of booking or on the day of your appointment. We accept card and secure online payments.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
